1. Return Policy

1.1 Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Medicines (Prescription & Non-Prescription)
  • Healthcare supplements
  • Personal care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Temperature-sensitive items

This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.


1.2 Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged product
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery
  • The product is missing from your order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach photos of the product and packaging
  4. Describe the issue clearly

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable) or guide you further.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Verification of the issue
  • Confirmation of returned product (if required)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
